Funding and Financing
Supply Fees |
In addition to tuition, each family pays a supply fee for each child enrolled in our program. This supply fee is broken out from tuition, so that all of us can track the "consumables" used in the daily life of students. We are always looking at this number and studying ways to lessen our consumption, as we reuse as much as possible.
But education is costly, and busy and productive students go through a lot of "stuff." In addition, we have all the costs of running a "household" for our very large "family."
Here are some of the things that the supply fee covers:

Do we really have to make a list?In addition, we factor in general supplies, which include things like toilet paper, paper towels, dishes/cups/silverware for breakfast and lunch, napkins, laundry soap, into our numbers for accounting purposes.
