FACULTY
Tatiana Howard was born in Russia into a teacher's family; her father was a gym teacher, and mother was a biology teacher. After finishing high school with a focus in physics and mathematics, Tatiana worked in the local middle school as a leader-coordinator of the pioneer groups. She then became a student of the Voronezh University where she studies history, but her studies were interrupted when she went to work as a preschool teacher. She returned to school to earn a psychology degree, which prepared her for work as a psychologist at a local high school. For the next four years, Tatiana worked at the Voldorph Preschool in city of Voronezh as a psychologist; her work included a study that focused on the differences between traditional and Valdorph education. In 1999, Tatiana moved to the United States of America and she began working at Meadow Montessori in the winter of 2000. Since then she has been a part of our staff, assisting in Junior East. Tatiana's husband works for the Ford Motor Company, and her son is a student at Monroe County Community College. Tatiana's sister still lives in Russia and teaches English at Voronezh Musical College.
