Catherine Hart

Catherine Hart attended Bates College in Maine where she received her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology. She spent several years in Indiana before moving to Michigan and has lived in Monroe since 2001.

Cat first joined the MMS community in 2001 as a parent searching for a toddler program. She joined the faculty in 2003 and has worked in the ETC, Intermediate, and High School programs. Cat's teaching interests are in math, language, and information consumerism: helping children learn to navigate through the potentially overwhelming amount of information available to find what they need.  

Cat and her husband Aaron have four children at Meadow Montessori. Elaine and Lauren are in the elementary program, and Carolyn and Audrey are in the preschool program.
